Practitioner Coach: Practitioner Coacher (ABCCCP)

It is already the highest entry level designation in coaching in the world and across the continent and represents the seriousness of the practitioner to continuously build practice towards Mastery and eventually Chartered status.

To qualify as a Practitioner Member you need to evidence the following:
Practitioner demonstrates the following ABCCCP Coaching Competencies

•  Builds capacity of the client to self coach
•  Builds rapport with client
•  Identifies issues
•  Communicates clearly
•  Demonstrates Interpersonal sensitivity to the client
•  Coaches client in their context
•  Manages boundaries
•  Manages emotions of the client
•  Consistently achieves results for the client
•  Customer focus
•  Integrity
•  Capable of doing the work
•  A 1yr Coaching qualification (NQF6 plus)
•  At least 320 coaching hours of coaching practice
•  At least 30 Continuous Education Units (CEU) a year (on renewal as a member)
•  A commitment to undertake supervision 3 times a year
•  Commitment to our Code of Ethics as indicated here
