Established Coach: Established Coach (ABCCCP)

Established Coach: Established Coach is the foundational designation of practice. It is already a highest designation in coaching in the world and across the continent and represents the seriousness of the practitioner to continuously build practice towards Mastery and eventually Chartered status.

To qualify as Established Member, you need to evidence and demonstrates the following ABCCCP Coaching Competencies 

• Sees & Connects with the client
• Consistently achieves results for the client
• Recognizes and acknowledges emotions of the client
• Is cognisant of Community /Society/ organisation impact
• Encourages shared Leadership responsibility
• Communicates effectively
• Allows for emergence (Open to outcome instead of chasing outcome)
• Builds capacity of the client to self-coach
• Identifies issues effectively
• Manages Coaching Boundaries

Qualifications

• A 1yr Coaching qualification (NQF5 plus)

Experience

• At least 320 coaching hours of coaching practice

Member Commitments after Recognition

• At least 30 Continuous Education Units (CEU) a year (on renewal as a member)
• A commitment to undertake supervision 3 times a year
• Commitment to our Code of Ethics as indicated here (ABCCCP reserves the right to check at least once in the members’ 12-month membership duration
