To qualify as a Master Member you need to evidence the following:
Chartered demonstrates the following ABCCCP Coaching Competencies

•  Builds capacity of the client to self coach
•  Builds rapport with client
•  Identifies issues
•  Communicates clearly
•  Demonstrates Interpersonal sensitivity to the client
•  Coaches client in their context
•  Manages boundaries
•  Manages emotions of the client
•  Consistently achieves results for the client
•  Customer focus
•  Integrity
•  Capable of doing the work
•  An advanced Degree in coaching (NQF 8 and above)
•  At least 3500 hours of practice as a coach using coaching as a modality of intervention
•  At least 60 Continuous Education Units* (CEU) a year (on renewal as a member)
•  A commitment to undertake supervision 3 times a year
•  Commitment to our Code of Ethics as indicated here (ABCCCP reserves the right to check at least once in the members 18 month membership duration)
