Ronél is an organisation development specialist, Executive- and Leadership coach and Change Lead in various corporate organisations. She is a facilitator of conversations that matter to business leaders in their quest to clearly understand what business challenge they are trying to solve, for what reason, for whom and to determine how best to go about it. She has 30 years’ experience of leading teams, organisational change, mergers and acquisitions, leadership development and transformation. She currently owns GAP Coaches & Consultants and partners with others to affect transformation one conversation at a time. She is one the co-founders of the Africa Board for Coaching, Consulting & Coaching Psychology (ABCCCP) and a Board member.
On Work/Business Experience
She is a professional Coach since 2005. Her clients are from diverse industries, local and global. Her areas of expertise include Business Consultation, Group consultation and Group facilitation, Change Management; Leadership development, Culture Transformation, Executive-; Leadership-; and Business Coaching; Facilitation of strategic conversations; Designing, developing and facilitation of bespoke interventions for client specific needs & leading teams to achieve and exceed contracted goals. She was a Coach Supervisor and CPD lecturer for i-Coach Academy on their Certificate and Master’s Programmes as well as an associate Coach on their Leadership Development programmes in South Africa and Angola. She has been a faculty member of different adult learning institutions from 2006 to date, i.e. developing Professional Coaches in Africa, Coach Supervisor and CPD facilitator; and Global Leadership Development Curriculum Facilitator. She continuously engages with student Coaches as tutor and supervisor and assists in the assessment of student Coaches for Mzantsi Coaches. She implemented Manager/Leader as Coach development programmes in various organisations and supplied and managed a panel of Coaches in organisations over the past 14 years with great success. She has been successful in coaching Leaders in Transition and finds it rewarding and meaningful to coach Senior and Executive Leadership levels. She also utilises her coaching skills in making it easy for business leaders to work the GAP between where they are currently and their aspirations at a personal, team or organisational level.

Ronél believes the “Work” of leadership is having great conversations in organisations. She believes that if we want great organisations we need to enable and equip leadership & teams to take up the challenge & opportunity to engage in meaningful ways for improved business results. She creates psychological safe spaces for individuals and teams to unpack problem narratives, name them and co-create alternative narratives that leads to different ways of being and doing.
